The following privacy policy concerns the Invizi desktop application.

In this policy “we”, “us”, etc. refers to A.I. Atelier Ltd, while “Invizi App” refers to the Invizi desktop application.
Summary
Our privacy policy is simple – Invizi App encrypts[1] all your data and stores it locally on your computer. The app never sends your data to any server. Hence nobody except you has access to your data. Invizi app runs no ads and has no behaviour tracking. Our code is 100% open source; you can always verify the security and privacy of the app by inspecting the code.
How You Accept This Policy
By using Invizi App, including downloading the app, you agree to the use, disclosure, and procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Data Storage
User data entered in Invizi app is always stored in encrypted format locally on your computer. Hence we do not possess the ability to access any user data including passwords. Due to the nature of the Invizi App, the Company has no ability to recover your data if you forget your password.
Data Collection
Our company’s overriding policy is to collect almost no data to ensure a completely private and anonymous user experience when using the Invizi App. While using the Invizi App the only data collected is the following:
IP address: Communicated to Invizi servers when requesting any api endpoint. Those IP addresses are temporarily logged (up to 30 days) to ensure good functioning of our services and to detect potential abuse. All data entered in the Invizi App are stored locally on your computer. All data (including financial transactions, api keys, notes, password) are encrypted using AES CBC mode or 3DES except for transaction dates and internal database ids to improve search and overall performance of the Invizi App.
Personal Information
It is not necessary to provide any personal information in order to download and use Invizi App, but you may optionally provide an email address for receiving product update notifications.
IP Logging
By default, Invizi App does not record any IP. However, IP logs may be kept temporarily when accessing Invizi api endpoint to combat abuse and fraud, and your IP address may be retained permanently if you are engaged in activities that breach our terms and conditions (spamming, DDoS attacks against Invizi infrastructure, brute force attacks, etc). The legal basis of this processing is our legitimate interest to protect our service against nefarious activities.
Children
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the website, the Invizi Application, sign up for email updates or send Invizi any other information.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Hong Kong. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong, the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Court being expressly reserved.
